Pork tenderloin rubbed with fresh chopped tarragon, salt, pepper, onion powder and olive oil. I pan seared it then finished it in the oven at 425° until it had just a hint of pink left. With it, there is a fresh raspberry sauce, roasted brussel sprouts and toasted orzo cous cous.
