Tarragon crusted and seared pork tenderloin with fresh Georgia peach sauce, steamed fresh green beans and rice vermicelli.

Tarragon rubbed pork tenderloin

Pork tenderloin rubbed with fresh chopped tarragon, salt, pepper, onion powder and olive oil. I pan seared it then finished it in the oven at 425° until it had just a hint of pink left. With it, there is a fresh raspberry sauce, roasted brussel sprouts and toasted orzo cous cous.

Caribbean jerk seasoned pork

Sweet and spicy caribbean jerk seasoned pork tenderloin and citrus salsa. Served with fresh pineapple rice and sauteed asparagus.
