Fresh herb roasted chicken breast, chopped celery, green onion, walnuts and red grapes mixed together with a lite mayo dressing. Served with dill vinegar cucumber chips.

Maple glazed pork loin steak with roasted fresh beets, mushrooms and gold potatoes

Choice grade KC strip rubbed with Spanish spices and pan seared in olive oil. Served with smokey cowboy coleslaw and a spinach stuffed vine ripe tomato.

Red tuna marinated in orange teriyaki sauce, rolled inside out, maki sushi style with red pepper, green onion and fresh orange sections.

This dried seaweed, called nori, is used in making maki sushi rolls. In an “inside out” roll the nori is rolled inside the rice.
