		<description>I almost forgot about the basalmic reduction. The reduction is nothing but a sweet basalmic vinegar simmered to reduce the vinegar to around 1/8th of it&#039;s original volume. Using a sweet basalmic or aged basalmic is important. If they can&#039;t find one, they can add sugar to the vinegar to sweeten it.</description>
