Dinner was delicious and everyone had a great time. As you know, the ladies would love to have the recipe for the salad dressing, the balsamic reduction, the potatoes – well most everything. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for a wonderful dinner and a good cooking lesson.
I almost forgot about the basalmic reduction. The reduction is nothing but a sweet basalmic vinegar simmered to reduce the vinegar to around 1/8th of it’s original volume. Using a sweet basalmic or aged basalmic is important. If they can’t find one, they can add sugar to the vinegar to sweeten it.
